Shoden (Reiki 1)
Shoden is a Japanese word meaning 'first teachings'.
Tessa practices and teaches Usui Reiki Ryoho. This is a traditional Japanese, rather than New Age influenced, branch of the system of Reiki and therefore it does not include the chakra system but uses the Japanese energetic system.
